I tried to book a room through their page on a booking site but they didn\'t reply to my request. I then called the phone number on their page and talked to the owner. He wasn\'t able to tell me right away if they had a double room on the night I wanted and said he would call me back. He did eventually and confirmed my booking for the following night. I told him I had a long drive to Alba Iulia and some of the roads might be blocked so it was difficult to tell him the exact time when I would get there, but we agreed that if I don\'t get there by 8-8.30 PM I will call him and let him know how much longer it seemed it would be. The next day, while on the road, there where a few hours when I didn\'t have reception and when I did again, at 7 PM, I saw that he had called and texted me to \"confirm\" the booking, even though we had already done that the day before and he wasn\'t supposed to hear from me for at least another hour. I called him back and he told me he had given the room I booked to someone else. Horrible experience, horrible customer service. I wonder how they still get customers.

daca ar spune ca are camerele la subsol si nu vezi decat lumina becului ar fi ok !!!!
